If the manager responded to requests to be contacted whether by phone or email I would not be writing this review. I repeat that the branch’s service has experienced a marked decline.

Branch tells me to call "customer service" and that if I hit zero, I'll get a person (not true, at least not without never-ending attempts). So much for the personal banking service differentiating (not!) Forwarded me to a banker line that never picked up (talk to the hand). This is why moved most $ to Marcus (great rates with same level of digital service) and now moving balance to Chase. Credit card benefits have gone downhill big time as well.
