  Terrible bank. They won't even answer their phone. It's no wonder I only have $500 in that account for convenience purposes. A bank with a 3 star rating is a bank where the employees don't care about their customers.

  TD is not a good bank to begin with but this branch in Particular is AWFUL. HORRIBLE customer service, finally I transferred to a new bank but they used to go as far as refusing to CASH my PAYROLL CHECK from my boss multiple times over the years cause my check was more than my current funds…NOT how payroll checks work… If you call this branch with a concern they won’t help you instead give you an attitude,talk to you like you’re stupid and say sorry call customer service and hang up. I could complain about the fees you get hit with but that’s not their fault but the customer service is their fault. Do NOT use this branch, I’ll never recommend this bank ever again.

  I finally closed my account here after opening a pass port savings when I was 10. I've seen it change over the years and unfortunately it was time to cut this bank for my life. I ran into the only person that treated me like a person when I closed and felt a little guilty. I blamed the cancallation on fees, which are always around every turn with this bank, but the real problem is their staff. Multiple time when asking questions I felt belittled. Everytime an issue was raised by me, they talk down to you, acting like they are doing me a favor by being my bank. The managers at this branch need a lesson in customer service and a better understanding that relationships is what keeps customers coming back and not because you claim you the "most convenient" bank when I called 3 times the prior day with out an anwser. Even when closing my accounts I was responded with snappy remarks and rude comments. There are too many options in this world to disrespect consumers. To that one teller, hopefully I'll see you around, it was a pleasure dealing with you.
