She deposited my check, but when she returned back to the window, she advised me that the mobile app is available to deposit checks. I told her thank you and that I was aware, I just wanted to make sure it got deposited right away. The fact that I even had to explain that is insane, bc at the end of the day it’s your job! If bank tellers are referring customers to use the mobile app, then what’s the point of having them work? Mins you there was NO ONE in the bank at the time and two other employees sitting in the teller window area. They acted as if I disrupted their time.

There were actually four Wells Fargo employees behind the counter and one in front of the counter. One person was ahead of me in line. I waited patiently for someone to help me. I finally gave up and walked out of the bank. We have been a customer of Wells Fargo bank for well over twenty years. Today was the tipping point—I want out of your bank. I have never and would never recommend Wells Fargo bank to anyone
