  Today, I want to share my experience with one of the best banks in our community. As the owner of a small local general contracting business, New Fresh Homes, we specialize in all kinds of remodeling, from residential to commercial. We were searching for the best bank around and found Liberty Bank. Kevin, the branch manager, and his staff are simply unbelievable. They are always helpful and offer valuable advice on how to do things better. They also informed us about a line of credit we could use, even before we needed it. By the time we were ready to use it, everything was already in place, thanks to their proactive approach. I can't stress enough how great this bank is—truly the best around.

  Really disappointed in this location. Due to some financial / legal issues with social security - my father and I went over a year ago to have my mothers name removed from the bank account they opened literally 10 years ago. We go to the bank, bring all necessary paperwork from our lawyer, and they sit us down for over a half hour. We filled out everything and then we realized this week that my mothers name was still on the account. This can potentially mess up my moms entire application for her medical benefits and social security. Thinking this was all set over a year ago, dad walks in today and they have no idea what he is talking about, telling him that it was a mistake and they are unsure how my mom was not removed from the account. Luckily, my father had the original paperwork with him and showed them their signature from a year ago when we did this. They told my dad it was going to take over 3 weeks to fix the issue. My father promptly closed his account due to their inability to admit they messed up and their lack of ability to do their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lost a long time customer. Terrible customer service.
