They held two $1000 checks for over two weeks for “possible not to collect funds” my checks have never bounced since I’ve been with this bank over two years , and I had no help from customer service . DO NOT USE KEY BANK

- NDNick DenegreJun 4, 20172.0When Key Bank was First Niagara, it was always about the customer. Their interest rates and all the bells and whistles of a bank account was geared for the customer. Key Bank is not like that. They have high foreign exchange rates, do not reimburse fees on international ATMs. A local branch that once valued its customer, now only values corporate profit.
