- TPTara pFeb 28, 20241.0Choose any other bank. I wish I had read the reviews. I am not one to write reviews but this has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have had transactions doubled, deposits cleared and then revoked after I have paid bills, to be hit with over draft fees. This bank has literally stolen my money. They say they will call me back to discuss and never do. I have only had them for 5 months and I am switching to Chase.

- NDNick DenegreJun 4, 20172.0When Key Bank was First Niagara, it was always about the customer. Their interest rates and all the bells and whistles of a bank account was geared for the customer. Key Bank is not like that. They have high foreign exchange rates, do not reimburse fees on international ATMs. A local branch that once valued its customer, now only values corporate profit.
