  If you have a business don't bother coming here! It is just a waste of time! They do not know what they are doing! They had maint on their online banking for almost a week, as a trucker I can't go to their locations because they don't have them everywhere. Along with their atms. I called to ask what my balance is and they couldn't tell me because of "privacy issues". I told them I was concerned of going over and getting an "insufficient funds" on record. Sure enough I got a notice. I paid up and then called to ask if they can take that off because it doesn't look good to lenders. They couldn't do it. I would've never gone over if I had access to my account! This is why they don't get more of my business and why I have multiple accounts. If I only had webster I believe I'd be in a horrible position, at a business stand point! Just run!!!

  BEWARE! Don’t get a personal loan here. After paying my loan on time every single month for a few years, I decided to pay off the lump sum of the remaining balance. I called Webster bank to get the total amount, it was given to me by the rep and I paid it off the following week. A few weeks later, I received a bill for the rain it balance that I apparently owed. Called them again only to be passed around until I got frustrated. I paid off the apparent remaining balance that I didn’t think I owed. A few weeks later, I received another bill for the balance PLUS late fee. This is another institution that takes advantage of people in need. They are super friendly when you want to borrow money, then change their tone when you are no longer a customer. Go somewhere else if you need money. This place will try to get as much money from you!
