- CSC SNov 29, 20244.0The people here are always great. ATM is now inside the front entrance and it's a bottleneck. The door on the back of the building is the accessible entrance. If they're open it's worth it to talk to a teller instead of going in. There are great drive up ATMs in East Haven and Madison if you don't want to crowd into the little ATM closet.

As a business owner we have unusual and urgent requests, and they have always been empathetic, efficient, and effective. John got a complex wire issue sorted out very quickly. Claire is always super smart, knows the banking processes extremely well, and always gets things done with a smile on her face. - ASAnthony SiricoJul 12, 20231.0Was extremely disappointed I went in to speak with a banker Saturday at 10 am I had to open a savings account to deposit a tenants security deposit and was told they don’t have time today. When I explained that I have working hours that start before and end after banking hours they didn’t offer any type of resolution. It takes 10 minutes to open an account. I can’t wait to go back this Saturday and close out my accounts with Wells Fargo. I already opened new accounts with connex credit union whom made time to help me. Bye bye Wells Fargo it was not a pleasure doing business with you for years now and I’m honestly glad I’m done with this bank
