If I'm not mistaken, she told me that she is from Florida. She was polite, helpful, and professional in many other ways. I do look forward to visiting this location in gorgeous Bloomfield, Connecticut, specifically because she has impressed me with her banking skills. Thank you for being you, Ms. Carolyn Lewis!

I’ve used Wells Fargo my whole life, it was my first bank account and I swear by the company so I try not to complain but this branch sucks. I’ve had to contact them twice now and both times were miserable experiences. The lady that helped me last time was rude and seemed upset that I even needed help. Today I called three times and got no answer. I called the Hartford location and not only answered immediately but was able to answer my questions in seconds. Don’t use this branch
