  Tried to activate my Debit card, however the card was locked because the idiot on the phone thinks I have a female name and so doesn’t believe I am who I am. They wouldn’t believe my verification even though I provided them everything they asked for. So they sent me to the branch. Once in the branch they informed me they can’t help me and that I have to call the same 1-800 number !!! So from the lobby of the bank I called !! Now my acct is flagged so the same 1-800 told me again to go the branch. When I informed them that I was actually in the branch their response was to hang up on me. !!! So no help from the branch, no help from their 1-800 number and no one can fix it. So what was the final answer ?? Mail me another card for which I have to wait 10 days and no assurances the new card will work !!!!

  I normally don’t review banks but after the experience I had with two representatives of this branch I must give them much deserved credit and respect for their honesty. I lost a substantial amount of cash (fell out of pockets) and was in a panic after back tracking I ended up at this branch and was able to retrieve my cash after properly identifying it to them. THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES FOR YOUR HONESTY AND INTEGRITY in a moment of chaos on my part. You both are truly an asset and a statement of honesty. (Hint 100s) Thank you again.

  This is the worst bank ever! I literally sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 mins. Someone else came and the teller assisted them before me . Never again
