- AHallegra hopeNov 27, 20211.0I just encountered the rudest bank teller in my 40+ years of banking in 5 states. When I got home, still hurt and fuming, I called the bank. I was told that the manager was out until Tuesday but I got a customer experience specialist (or something similar -- I don't recall his exact title). I let him know what happened. Instead of an apology, I was told that "everyone makes mistakes! I asked to have their manager call me on Tuesday. I hope that she has some customer service skills but it's academic. I'm calling their corporate office and they just lost my business. What a poor reflection of Wells Fargo and of Bethel. Too bad the local B of A branch closed. They were the nicest and most professional....
