- PRPriscila RodriguezOct 15, 20251.0I've always had great experiences at this bank, up until today. I simply wanted to dispute a charge because it was charged twice. I called, first the guy said I could call once it was done processing and have it disputed, no issue. Once it was out of processing, I called again and this time I was told I had to go in to get it disputed, okay no problem. I go in later in the day and I was sent to the customer service associate (Katrina I think) she tells me she has to close my account in order to dispute it and I was perfectly fine with that. Then she started looking at my purchase history and told me I should have enough money to put in my account until the charges clear, except I would also be given a fee for the overdraft (which wasn't my fault) and she wouldn't waive it if that were to happen. She also said I shouldn't use my card and spend money so much, but I don't remember her making MY money. Will be closing my account and I will not be going back!

Her customer service skills were beyond poor when I was being attended at the desk. She treated me as if I did not belong at the bank to begin with but she treated the 50 yr old male who was standing next to me with the upmost class and respect.

- NNNorby NorbinskiDec 9, 20162.0TD changed their hours for Thursday closing only, but still had the old hours posted prominently on the glass in the drive-through. A small card was on the window sill showing the new hours. What do the customers see? The big, 1 inch tall hours posted, not the small, printed card on the window sill... Also, why close early on Thursday evenings? Isn't that the busiest evening of the week for most of us and the one evening most other businesses stay open late?
