- PSp sJul 8, 20225.0Generally, very good service at the Woodland Park branch. Courteous staff. Have had some turnover during the past year, but, with a little grace, it’s easy to get things done, whenever I have to visit the branch. Vectra/ Zions 1-800 system tends to be byzantine and takes effort to connect to a live person. The on line banking site has improved substantially since I first started banking with them almost 10 years ago.

- BRBenji RyanMay 21, 20201.0Went here to cash a check one week with absolutely no issues then the next week went to cash another check and they made me pay a $5 fee and made me put my fingerprint on the check. While covid19 is going on you're not supposed to use ink fingerprints and they wouldnt cash my check unless I printed my finger on it. Complete BS. This bank has terrible compliance with the CDC regulations.

I NEVER received a statement and just sent my overdraw to collections RUINING MY CREDIT! NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! Worst banking experience I have ever had! SAVE YOUR CREDIT AND BANK ELSEWARE!!!
