No email, no call. Even with the call to his assistant, asking for a call back or explanation in writing was never given to me. I have been in business 25 years, and if I ever had done this to one client, it would show extreme concern that I failed the relationship. Secondly, I have had a setup auto deduction in place and ask for my auto pay to be stopped last month and yet charges again were pulled out of my account. Lacking any indication with proof of email and notification given such to action, thus, lacking any response. The excuse I got today from his assistant that is it is out of their hands and I need to call the assigned rep. My interest in stopping auto pay is the lack of clarity and neglect to return calls or emails Anyone looking to invest and use Mr. Dartsch, avoid and turn away and find someone that takes the time to address the concerns and follows up with how to find resolve and stop avoiding your clients that helped get you where you are today. The avoidant attempt to handle your responsibilities is very unprofessional.
