They were happy to see us and took us right in. When more help was needed, the bank manager stepped in and made us feel like her friends while she helped us with our needs. When asking for the same thing at our local branch (in Northern California) I was told that they don't do that in the branch and that I would have to call the main line. When I called the main line the gentleman said that I should have been able to take care of my needs in the branch and that I should not have been told what I was told. Being treated like welcome guests here was a very nice surprise. Yes, it's a big, national bank. Give them a chance.

Have been a customer for more than 16 years and am changing banks. The people on the 800 number are worthless and although the bank staff are friendly, their hands are tied. One cash deposit put in from a tenant of mine was shorted $100 and it took 8 weeks with no help from their resolution department whatsoever. The mortgage side blew up a loan with a full price appraisal a week after we should have closed because they took 5 business days to decide they didn't like the comps the appraiser used. I highly recommend folks find a customer friendly bank that is not as big and corporate.
