I recently was defrauded out of $500 and banking with WF since moving to Denver in 2007, I expected them to reimburse me and penalize the person who stole the money from me but instead they said they couldn't do anything about it and I was simply out 500.. I felt like even with an almost twenty year positive relationship with this bank and they don't have my back. I have also applied for a small loan and despite a FICO score of over 800 and no other issues I was rejected and the main reason they gave me? I didn't get one of their WF credit cards! Are you kidding?? I need to switch to a good credit union.

They told me to go into a brach because they couldn't authenticate me. When I arrived during business hours to this brach, I waited for four other customers to be assisted, and then the teller informed me to contact the fraud department.... I can't log into my account online which is where they want me to schedule an appointment.
