  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BRANCH AND WITH THE SO CALLED "24HR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE". IT STARTED WITH THE 24HR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, I CONTACTED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW I SEEN A FRAUDULENT CHARGE GETTING READY TO GO OUT. AN IF THEY COULD FLAG IT SO THAT IT WON'T GO THROUGH, THE LADY ALLEGEDLY SAID SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT FOR ME AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. THEN I WAKE UP THE NEXT DAY TO SEE THAT THE CHARGE ENDED UP GOING OUT AFTER I WAS INSURED IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE PREVIOUS DAY BY AN EMPLOYEE. SO I GO INTO THIS WHEAT RIDGE BRANCH IN HOPES THAT I CAN BE BETTER ASSISTED IN PERSON, BUT UNBEKNOWNST TO ME I WOULD BE WALKING INTO A PLACE THAT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY'RE DOING. I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND EXPLAIN MY SITUATION TO HER, THEN HER RESPONSE IS WELL SIR ITS SOUNDS LIKE YOU GAVE PERMISSION TO USE YOUR CARD AFTER I JUST TOLD HER I WAS FRAUDULENTLY ROBBED. WHAT DID SHE NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT ME BEING FRAUDULENTLY ROBBED?? AN THEN I ASK HER WHAT ITS CALLED WHEN THE BANK ISSUES THEIR CUSTOMERS IMMEDIATE FUNDS BACK TO COVER WHAT WAS STOLEN FROM THEM AND SHE COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT THAT WAS. I INFORMED HER THAT THE THORNTON BRANCH HAD ONCE DID THAT FOR ME, AND HER RESPONSE WAS WELL SIR MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO TO THE THORNTON BRANCH. REALLY? AN THIS IS THE SO CALLED MANAGER.? WOW GREAT WAY IN ASSISTING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND MAKING THEM FEEL LIKE THERE MONEY IS PROTECTED BY Y'ALL. AFTER ALL IT'S THE BANKS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT OUR MONEY, YOU GUY'S ARE OUR INSURANCE. JUST LIKE YOU GUYS HAVE INSURANCE FOR THE BANK IF THE BANK GETS HIT. YOUR INSURANCE COVERS ALL OF THAT. WHERE IS OUR INSURANCE AS CUSTOMERS WHEN WE GET FRAUDULENTLY ROBBED??? AN BY THE WAY SO CALLED MANAGER ITS CALLED PROVISIONAL CREDITS THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO ISSUE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS HAPPEN, AND NOT SUBMIT A CLAIM AND HAVE THE CUSTOMER WAIT 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SEE IF THEY CAN GET REIMBURSED. BILLS DON'T WAIT LADY! ACT KIKE IT WAS YOUR MONEY THAT GOT TAKEN, I BET YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT PROVISIONAL CREDITS THEN HUH? SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS BECAUSE BOTH THE WHEAT RIDGE BRANCH AND THE 24HR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE COULDN'T DO THERE JOBS CORRECTLY NOR WHERE THEY INTERESTED IN ASSISTING A GOOD CUSTOMER OF THERE'S. IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE AND TRUST A BANK TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR FUNDS AND ASSURE YOU THAT THEY WILL ASSIST YOU IF ANYTHING WERE TO HAPPEN AND CORRECT IT RIGHT AWAY FOR YOU INSTEAD OF HAVING THEM WAIT 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THEN I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND BANKING HERE.

  Tellers clearly care about the customers but the manager with glasses that sits behind them may be the most incompetent person I’ve had the displeasure of working with. Go to a different Bellco unless it’s for a simple transaction

  They actually answer the phone, that's one great attribute. Once I got there, Kimmy (or Kimmie) was efficient and attentive. I really appreciate great customer service.

  Unfortunately it is my opinion that you don't bother to teach your team customer service. Why not just fire all your bankers and just automate the system because they are not exactly offering any kind of customer service and it would be much less expensive not to have them even bother to try to help customers, at least I would know not to call. When I called to find out about a problem with one of my business accounts Kelsea pretty much told me it was my fault. Thanks Kelsea at Bellco Kipling, I appreciate you taking the time to let me know that now you have 40,000+ members we are all pretty much just a number and everything is automated. Telling me it was my fault that the account ended up being closed because you only communicate through the mail was the wrong way to handle the call. Telling me I should have notified the bank I was not able to pick up mail due to Covid is ridiculous. I would think that after sending the third letter and not hearing from your customer someone might just take the time to pick up the dam phone and notify me of a problem. The statement on the About page at Bellco "Great service, great rates, and a focus on you!" really doesn't apply does it? More lip service really to pretend like you have a focus on your customers. If we have to have automated banking where i have to login to the app to let you know my every move, why even bother to have customer support people. When I suggested I changed banks, you said OK. Really!!! That is how much you give a care about a long term customer that contributes to your wages! Made me feel very much like you have a "focus on me" I am looking for another bank, thank you for your time today!
