The branch manager Dwayne refused to help since it was 10 minutes to closing and it was something I could do over the phone. (The fraud department told me to go to a branch to change the account.) Worst customer service I have recieved as a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years. I will be switching our accounts from Wells Fargo to another banking institution due to this interaction.

If you’re with Wells Fargo - I’d go to this location - even if the logistics aren’t as convenient. I can’t stand colorado street location. This one is good though. Thank you Colorado location
