- NSNatalie SJan 5, 20261.0Arlette was so incredibly condescending to me, and for someone who was to be my “personal banker” she didn’t even want to come and speak to me when there was a disagreement on my savings account. I can’t understand how that level of customer service is acceptable at any level, let alone her level. At least own up and speak to your customer yourself and admit there was a misunderstanding on both sides and try to fix it. I feel lied to and misled and I’ll be going to another bank. Also, what is the point of her having an office if she is going to have pointed, condescending conversations with clients right in the lobby of the bank. Perla is one of the only redeeming factors of this bank.

I have no doubt. I do frequent business with other branches no problem. But this location will seek out "corporate policies" to discriminate against people like me. I go to the next location and do my business no problem. This involved the teller and her supervisor so it's not just one racist, the entire branch is racist. Avoid this branch, better yet avoid Wells Fargo!

The management here is completely unorganized and unhelpful — it feels like no one takes responsibility for fixing mistakes or even listening to the customer. I’ve experienced repeated banking errors that should never happen at a professional financial institution, and when I tried to resolve them, I was passed around from one employee to another with no clear answers or follow-up. The managers seem disengaged and more interested in making excuses than actually helping. If you value your time and peace of mind, I’d strongly recommend banking elsewhere. This location has shown a consistent lack of accountability and customer service. Wells Fargo really needs to take a hard look at the leadership at this branch.
