    This is the most vile and racist branch of this terrible corporation. I went in today and they simply wouldn't do business with me because of the color of my skin. I have no doubt. I do frequent business with other branches no problem. But this location will seek out "corporate policies" to discriminate against people like me. I go to the next location and do my business no problem. This involved the teller and her supervisor so it's not just one racist, the entire branch is racist. Avoid this branch, better yet avoid Wells Fargo!

    I’ve given this branch multiple chances over several visits, and each time I’ve left more frustrated than before. The management here is completely unorganized and unhelpful — it feels like no one takes responsibility for fixing mistakes or even listening to the customer. I’ve experienced repeated banking errors that should never happen at a professional financial institution, and when I tried to resolve them, I was passed around from one employee to another with no clear answers or follow-up. The managers seem disengaged and more interested in making excuses than actually helping. If you value your time and peace of mind, I’d strongly recommend banking elsewhere. This location has shown a consistent lack of accountability and customer service. Wells Fargo really needs to take a hard look at the leadership at this branch.

    This branch is cold calling account holders to make sales. They were incredibly rude. This makes me want to end my relationship with Wells Fargo.

    I visited this location for my foreign currency pick up and I had a good experience. There was no wait for the cashier's desk. The people working there were really nice and polite. I was able to get my currency from the vault in less than 5 minutes. I would come here again.
