  They never have more than one window open - cutting costs - always a long wait. Line 10 deep . Clearly this bank does not care at all about their customers . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have to use this bank because of my job - it’s literally THE worst.

  So disappointing with the way I was treated today to say the least. I work as a sales representative for a company that requires me to sell products that I need to reimburse my company for to the exact penny with an account I have with Wells Fargo along with my personal that I’ve had for 10 years now. Today I went to deposit checks, cash and yes also change as well due to my company’s monthly audits when I was threatened to be audited due to the different names of brands on my checks written out to me. I understand that since the account is in my name the checks should be made out to myself but didn’t know. I was then handed a tray to count my change. This was between 4:15-4:30pm. As I’m counting my change I can see 2-3 female tellers continuously looking over at me and chatting while I’m putting my change together. I’m a younger half Hispanic male with quite a bit of art work on my body, but the worse part of this experience was when an elderly, thinner, Caucasian lady with short light blonde hair that seemed to think she ran the place came into an office I was gathering my change in barged in and asked if I needed help counting as if I was a child. This was at 4:45pm on the dot. She mentioned I needed to hurry due to the fact they are closing soon but also had multiple customers in their teller lines. I had asked a few questions and she accused me of money laundering when my company has totally control over my one business checking account. I said I don’t need to take care of my business in this type of situation and walked out, as I was walking away with my wife we were sarcastically told to have a great day right after being told I needed to hurry and being accused of money laundering and being threatened to be turned in to be audited. Tomorrow morning both accounts will be closed and my business will be taken ales where. Hopefully this lady is not being transferred as a manager to another bank. Lost a loyal customer of 10 years. Great customer service goes along ways in this world.

  I've found this bank courteous and handy in the past 10 years. Sorry to hear about the announced closure of this branch in this coming September.

  I had a very frustrating experience trying to deposit cash at this branch. Not only was my time wasted by my money was completely mishandled. The teller was not properly trained in how to use their equipment and miscounted my money. Eventually the manager stepped in, and not only did they have to recount all of my cash but all of their cash in the register. After nearly half an hour of waiting they called me back and my cash was still miscounted. The final count was only a discrepancy of a few dollars but this is unacceptable service from a bank. The manager attempted to apologize but it frankly came off disingenuous, and she even berated me for not using a type of deposit slip. I used to like going to this branch for the convenience and the decent building, but after wasting my time and mishandling my money I'm never going to this branch again.
