- MSMikie sAug 4, 20251.0Absolutely terrible. They are disorganized and untrustworthy, and not worth your time. I went there for business banking and was given the runaround from day 1. Despite a promo (only reason I went to the place.....) it took them months to get my online banking setup. Probably 6-8 trips just to get a debit card, and they will disconnect/never call you back if you call in. If you do go in, they'll give excuse after excuse of why they're so busy when really they're sitting around doing nothing. I probably talked to the managers (both) and bankers 10+ times about simple things (like online banking/debit cards/promos) and literally after 2 weeks they come back with a BS answer of "we're sorry we didn't do that." Go somewhere else that is professional and worth your time.
