Came here to handle a fraudulent transaction and Cindy was very helpful, and we were able to complete all necessary processes timely. As an 11 year account holder, it is a delight to see local branches after banking remotely for over 4 years!

I agree that the switchover from Independent Bank to SouthState has been flawed, especially the Treasury Services division, which I have had a lot of issues with thus far. However, that being said, none of those issues have anything to do with the employees at this or any other branch. Frankly it is only because of the fantastic people at this branch, who are always there for me when I have questions or issues, that I still bank with SouthState Bank at all.

I’ve tried contacting customer support with no success. Hoping things improve, but this has been a frustrating first impression.
