- LLLos4 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing interaction with the merchant services representative today. He called me to verify a wire transfer, which was a legitimate business matter, but immediately pivoted into a high-pressure sales pitch for payroll services. When I politely informed him that I already have a provider handling my payroll, his demeanor changed instantly. He was incredibly rude and dismissive in his response, and then abruptly hung up on me while I was still speaking. It is completely unacceptable for a representative to treat a client this way simply because they aren't interested in an upsell. I expected professional courtesy, especially from someone handling my financial transactions. I will be looking into other options for my merchant services.

- MMmin maDec 17, 20251.0This is the weirdest bank ever! I tried open an account they say not right now. They will call and do it over the phone. Then they need my deposit so I went in a few days later to put a deposit into my checking. When I went there I can’t put a deposit because my new account it’s coming up as fraud. They need me to go bring in my ssn. They have me waiting for days to open a new checking account. And when making a deposit they said no not today. To skip everyone’s time go to another bank. They have this special going out $400 if you open a new checking account and make a deposit of $1000. I am guessing they are not doing so great.
