    When I opened my account they were going to give me $150.00 after 3mo Told me everything was ok with d/dep After the 3mo they came up with excuse after excuse that I did something wrong! It's my fault when they said that its Ok! Then I became Disabled and bedridden they put a hold bmy card

    Just the absolute worst customer service. Try a different location. Until management resolves their obvious and glaring issue. Their staff. Hire better quality candidates who want to be there.

    Ricardo is by far the best bank customer representative I have had the pleasure of doing business with! I will wait for him to be available Ricardo is so patient and kind . It's as if he has no other customers just me.Thank you Key Bank for having great customer service although Ricardo is who I always seek to help me ,everyone at this bank is fantastic even the security Derek who opens the door with a smile every time.
