    I’m a small business owner and have been a BOK client for 6 years, never missed a loan payment — even during COVID. After my account manager changed without notice, the new one forced me to lock additional funds when I needed to modify my business. She even called me a "liar" during a conversation, which was unacceptable. I asked for a new manager, but her supervisor never apologized and only added more unnecessary requirements. Even after meeting all their requests, they’ve held my funds for 2 months with no clear response. I’ve raised concerns 4 times, but no one follows up or leaves any notes. The customer service has been awful. I’ll be done with them once my loan ends, but just a heads-up — BOK might not be the right place if you want fair treatment. Even loyal clients get burdened with quarterly demands and threats of default.

    Not an actual bank and the only way you can tell that is to visit and see the sign on the door because obviously this happens a lot! No transactions deposits withdrawals, etc. here’s an idea. Don’t list yourself as a bank.

    I worked with Jordan Kissler and Sean Donnelly, and they were the absolute best. I am self employed, they had no problems handling that. They were so good that i suggested them to my sister who is in the non-profit sector—— they nailed that one too! 6mos before my purchase…. They helped my brother buy his first home! They can do it all. Jordan is SO easy to work with…. It’s a totally different experience than I have ever had obtaining a mortgage. Thank you, BoK and Jordan Kissler for helping my entire family when we needed you the most.

    Phone doesn't work. Unable to help with even an endorsement on an insurance check. Would have been helpful if I could have called in advance to verify their services.
