- MAM AreJun 23, 20201.0Had a bad experience with the company because they did an unauthorized transaction. I do not keep accounts with Edward Jones because of this hugh issue. They did rectify it but i had to bring them proof of the state law. Now they continue to call me, send notes. Forms etc. To my address even though I do not do business with them. I have for many years told Edward Jones office to stop calling my personal phone to no avail. Today-The last call the secretary (or who ever it was)was like I can't take you off our mailing list or phone list and so she continued to argue and I finally had to hand up with her huffing and puffing!! This company is has no clue and does things without consulting you. Even corporate is rude and non- apologetic.
