- ARArlen RoesnerDec 3, 20255.0Excellent service working with the local ENT Timnath branch as we came in to open new accounts. We are switching banks since our current Colorado-based bank, which we have enjoyed staying ŵith for over 30 years, is being bought out by a large national bank with products that don't compare favorably. ENT has much of the same customer-friendly products and services we have come to expect of a bank. So far we are very pleased with the personal and professional treatment we have received. The only downside we have seen is that the ENT mobile app is a bit different from our current bank's app, in that their credit cards are accessed separately using a different app. Card payments are therefore not instant transfers between accounts like we are acustomed to now. We will see how things fair going forward, but for now it looks like ENT will be our new banking home for the coming years.
