While the rest are in the back talking “metrics” or whatever, while there’s a line of five plus people waiting to be attended. I thought the customers always came first.

I thought it was a spam call. I realized my foreign currency probably arrived. I had to come to the location twice to get it. I would pick a different branch to do anything other than use the ATM.
