I don’t know how to say it without being obvious and I don’t want retaliation- but do yourself a favor and go to another branch. Seriously yesterday a teller told me she didn’t have (what I asked for) and I look over and the other teller has (what I asked for) Right there - and she didn’t even offer to either - get them, or just have me go through the other line. And it happens all the time there for seriously minor asks. I’m not asking for something complicated. They are all just lazy and snobby and it hasn’t changed for years and I’m over it - looking to leave Wells Farho anyway - but I’ll drive the extra couple miles from now on - hate this location.

I explained that I had been doing so for over four years and was told that WF should not have permitted the previous deposits. I could only deposit it with his signature.....hummm....maybe they missed the part where I told them that he is dead! After having banked with Wells Fargo for over 30 years, I cannot recall an experience that left me feeling so devalued and dismissed. I will no longer use this branch. They are not interested in serving their customers. No one, no one, expressed any concern or offered any suggestions or a solution to the issue. I will find a bank that focuses on customer service and problem solving. It is not asking too much to expect to be treated with dignity and respect.

The night managers however want to ask the line why they are here and rush you out the door instead of actually be helpful and just open a teller station. What a waste of time and just annoying while reminding everyone they close in 6 minutes like it’s last call. We are all trying to leave too 🤷♂️ I’m trying to make a deposit and her coldsore is up in my face asking stupid questions. Get it together , hygiene included.
