- BHBryanna HannemanAug 19, 20251.0I am very disappointed with Bellco credit union. I have been a member for years same with my dad same with my husband.my husband just got a letter in the mail stating that Bellco credit union reduce his credit card amount by over $1500 and now it says That he is over his credit limit by that amount which will definitely impact his credit score and history, we have never experienced this in our entire life of having any kind of credit card or loan and because of this I’m making everybody I know get rid of Bellco. This is very untrustworthy and you would not want to hold your Financial information and funds with an institution like this.they state they care about their members and then they screw them over.
- JHJ HJun 13, 20251.0Claimed to have informed me about inactive account fees via mail, but never received (correct address on file, also have correct email and phone they could have used). Drained account and took it negative with monthly fees, would not reverse fees. They've sent 2-3 emails/month for years, but none of them mention new fee/inactive account. Just the single alleged letter. It's not a huge sum of money, and of course it's best practice to review your accounts regularly, but it feels like they did the bare minimum to provide notice of the fees in hopes they could keep the money. Not an issue with this branch specifically, the teller that I dealt with to close out accounts was pleasant and apologetic.
- NRNelson Aquino (realNelsonAquino)May 27, 20253.0moved accounts away from Bellco. they closed my line of credit (had $0 balance at the time) when I contacted them regarding financial hardship. low moral action taken on their part. besides that incident, its an average bank. was banking with them for over 7 years then moved back to one of the big banks because, just like Walmart, you cant beat their prices and services.

The drive thru ATM's are always open and working so withdrawals are so quick! I also think less people know about this branch because there is RARELY a line inside whereas the branch off Huron is always packed and busy. Everytime I go in I walk right up to a teller with no wait time. Love this Bellco so much!

Went today to cash another check from the same person and suddenly there is a $4 check cashing fee. The check was only for the amount of $140 and the teller was rude
