- WTWade TyrrellJul 4, 20255.0Let's be realistic, banking has changed significantly during the past 10 years or more - automated, online, virtual. Our local WF branch has evolved as well. Much less 'personal' - sure - but for a community our size the folks that are a part of this branch do an exceptional job in supporting us. When I do use the branch, I have always had a positive experience. Today, as an example, working with Connor (Personal Banker) through a complicated process for more than 90 minutes, he was prompt, focused, knowledgeable, thorough (utilizing legal guidance from WF), professional and supportive. So grateful! On a side note: it was the busiest I have seen the branch for quite some time and everyone was helpful.
