  The service was great. Walked in and was opening new accounts in minutes. The process was easy and professional. Miss Martinez was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly

  Ayer, 7 de enero de 2026, programé una cita para resolver unos cargos adicionales que aparecieron en mi tarjeta de débito. Como si este problema de seguridad con el banco y la pérdida de mi dinero no fueran suficientes, me encontré con un trato deplorable, grosero y agresivo por parte de la empleada del banco, Kim Candelaria, quien de repente me culpó de la situación sin escuchar lo que le decía. Además, empezó a levantar la voz, así que le pedí que me respetara como cliente, pero me respondió que llevaba 15 años trabajando en un banco y que así es como habla, que siempre les habla a los clientes de esa manera. Finalmente, el gerente me atendió y me brindó una ayuda mucho más efectiva, a diferencia de lo que ella se había negado a hacer. Sin embargo, no recibí ninguna disculpa. Este no es el primer problema que tengo con esta sucursal ni con Bellco. Por otro lado, mi cita fue cancelada. As if this security problem with the bank and the loss of my money weren't enough, I encountered deplorable, rude, and aggressive service from the banker, Kim, who suddenly blamed me for the situation without listening to what I was saying. She also started raising her voice, so I asked her to respect me as a customer, but she told me that she had been working at a bank for 15 years and that this is how she talks, that she raises her voice to customers like this. Finally, the manager assisted me and provided more effective help, unlike what she had refused to do. However, I did not receive any apology. This is not the first problem I've had with this branch or with Bellco. On the other hand, my appointment was cancelled.
