- IWIan WhitcombJun 6, 20241.0The teller refused to cash a check I wrote someone and even when I came in to authorise the check the girl with braces made me provide 2 forms of ID and still would not cash the check. I had to write a seperate withdrawl slip and get the cash and hand it to him in front of her. It was an ego trip for her. She was snarky and nasty. Then she wouldnt even shred the check and told me to leave with it. Every time I have ever been in there no one wants to do their job. They try to make you do their job for them.

We have never been treated rudely or with disrespect, our questions are answered, and they have more than once gone out of their way for us. Made me waste my lunch break to tell me that what the other teller told me to do was dumb and that because my account has "low funds" they can put a hold on my check so basically if you are not wealthy they dont trust you !
