I have done everything right by staying in contact to take care of an auto loan after the vehicle was stolen. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend anyone to bank with them. I worked in banking for 20 years and have never had such terrible customer service. If this is what it is like to bank at a credit union, I would never choose them for any loan products.

So thankful for all of the staff, friendliness, and ease of service. Now THIS is how a credit union should be ran. Kudos to Terrence and all of his staff.
