James promptly reached out to go over some details and I’m extremely glad he did. He gave me some amazing tips before purchasing the vehicle which ended up helping me save money. Cannot recommend this company, and James B, enough.

I have done everything right by staying in contact to take care of an auto loan after the vehicle was stolen. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend anyone to bank with them. I worked in banking for 20 years and have never had such terrible customer service. If this is what it is like to bank at a credit union, I would never choose them for any loan products.
