    Always have liked ent, however on three different occasions with auto loans I've had them claim I dont have auto insurance documents (while I have to submit proof in the first place to get the loan). I get letters after that I dont have it, i submit it to them and find out months later they charged me 6 grand for insurance. Ive been double paying for insurance, its a scam. Think twice before using ent for auto loans j know i will. After trying to resolve their mistake they sre VERY unwilling to make it right and do the bare minimum to fix it. 30 days to get your money back and any extra it cost you goes back to your principal and refuses to go back to you account. Absolutely ridiculous.
