    Harold was amazing! He was able to assist me with my needs to open Estate accounts that I have been trying to do with several other employees at this branch for the past 7 months. Harold was knowledgeable, always got back with me with updates! Thank you Harold , exceptional customer service!

    As of recent the staff seems lazy! No one greets you when you walk in, it’s like no one wants to work. The drive thru says it’s open on Saturday till 1:00pm, however they don’t like it so they close it. When I ask they give some excuse. Customer service is lacking!!! Unless you are lucky enough to get Daniella, Daniel, or Steven.

    I’ve recently switched my business and personal accounts to Key Bank. While setting up a personal account the other day I brought my family in with me and the manager noticed right away there wasn’t a chair for my oldest son and brought one over immediately. I get the sense that everyone that works here genuinely wants to serve their clients and I’ve never felt that in a bank before.

    Girl there by the last name fletcher likes to change your mailing address without your permission and without you even being there. Makes it extremely hard to pay bills when my zip code keeps changing without me changing it. Don’t bank here if you want your account secure and untampered with.
