I have 3 accounts here and needed a replacement card for one of my accounts… as im cashing my check i ask Kori when is a good time i can come tomorrow to have a card replaced i understand youre getting ready to close now, he says no i can replace the card now! So i explained to him the reason why i needed the card replaced and to which accountz he shook his head pretended like he understood me 30 seconds later he came back with a new card….to the wrong account EVEN worst my business account. Now ive been spending all day updating my card info and calling vendors. 0/10 don’t recommend. Kory had zero accuracy, poor listening skills and after he played circus in my account wasnt very empathetic. I like the location but i assure you Mr. Accident fingers will not be allowed in my account anymore

- KVKevin VidalOct 7, 20255.0I am a senior citizen and felt like a fool because of a HELOC that I made with ENT CREDIT UNION. I agreed to the terms at the time, but my situation changed, the economy changed, and interest rates were lowered by the Fed several times since. I was livid that my payments were not reducing my principal. After listening to me vent, Christi Lehrman came up with an option to re-amortize my HELOC at a lower rate. I agreed to pay at least some amount towards principal eacj month with the lower interestrate. My credit score is exceptional, which allowed this change with little paperwork. Ms. Lehrman waived fees. I reworked my budget. Now I am happy. ENT FCU came back with a very fair response. I went from irrate to impressed. Thanks ENT!
