- MSMow and SnowOct 21, 20253.0I have banked with bok financial for many years there is a bank manager named Ben who is absolutely wonderful and top-notch. That is the only reason that my review isn't less stars. Other than that though the bank itself is lacking in several different categories. I also bank at canvas and just about everything that I can compare between the two canvas does easier or better. This bank truly has no bank to customer relationship I have actually banked with this bank for around 16 years now and they have proved to me on more than one occasion.
- GGGBRX5Feb 10, 20241.0Having problems getting my debit card replaced. Had it stolen and every time a new one is ordered, it does not come by U. S. Mail. Was told by Management to drive to 2 other locations far away to get a new one. Now after being a customer for over 27 years, we are forced to find a new bank because they do not make their own credit cards. I am disabled and cannot be running all over to get my debit card replaced. Tried US Mail 3 times and could not get the debit card delivered to my house either. Horrible customer service from this bank to help us.
