- ONOR NativeJan 16, 20255.0After being a customer at US Bank for 35 years and battling them about new a different fees that they always were trying to put on my accounts due to the fact i wouldn’t sign up for their bank card or home equity line of credit I made the switch to Bellco at the Stroh Ranch location in Parker. They made to change-over as seamless as possible considering I have personal savings, checking and a business accounts so that was nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Their online banking is also nice and easy to use. I’m happy to be moved on from the big corporate bank(s) and now with a nice sized local Credit Union.

- CCCRainAug 7, 20241.0Over a decade long customer leaving Bellco forever. I will try to make this short and to the point. A family member of mine passed away on the seventh. On the 12th we called Bellco to freeze the account not knowing what automatic withdrawals the deceased family member had. Bellco stated on a recorded call that they froze the account. They stated they were able to do so because we shared the account with the deceased party. Weeks later, we find that the account was never frozen and many automatic withdrawals have been taken out of the account to make it negative. We walked into the Lincoln and Stroh location and was told there was nothing that could be done that we owe the money. We called into customer service , and got the issue fixed and rolled back to where we did not owe the money due to the death certificate being dated the seventh and the call being recorded. I would highly recommend staying away from any Bellco in the Parker area. After over a decade of being a customer, I am leaving Bellco. Now we will see a canned cut and paste reply from Bellco stating that I should call into their resolution desk. Ha ha they are terrible. They handled this situation with no grace or empathy.
