You get constant runaround instead of a member services rep who cares. Accomplishing nearly anything related to money is next to impossible. There are vastly superior options with other credit unions in the area. Try them.

I gave up because who has the time to wait on endless hold? My current bank has similar issues so I do not see any point switching to Bellco.
