What a frustrating experience. I went in there for two days to cash a business check, I understand the rules of the establishment and have no issues with that at all. Where my issue lies is in the customer service. I was told several times after asking multiple times that my business check could not be cash for a certain reason when in fact that was not true and there was a completely different reason why. The person who needed to verify my check called from a number not on the check, completely understandable why it would not be cashed but when I went to ask OK, is it able to be cashed If they call from the number on the check connected to the business, the teller continuously told me no because it was not listed that was confusing for me and I wanted clarification that I was not getting from her so I had to ask a manager to come out who actually told me that if they did call from the number on the check, it would be perfectly fine, but I will not be able to cash a check because I signed the back of it before walking into the store, which once again is what it is, I don’t really see why that matters, but it’s not business or industry so who am I to question it? I have no issues with the rules. My issue was I was the only customer there, I waited 10 minutes with no update to be denied and then when trying to get clarification, got two different answers.The manager did a great job. She was very calm. I have no issues with her. If it wasn’t for her I would give this review of one star. Don’t put people at the front to talk to customers when they do not know what they are talking about. As a business owner I understand the importance of this and after reading other reviews, this is clearly a reoccurring issue. If my account is ever frozen again due to fraudulent activity, I will ask for cash before going here.
