- LZLibna Zambrana3 days ago2.0Es desafortunado que llego de primera, saludo y el joven en la caja no contesta por educación, luego otra joven me dice que estará conmigo en breve y me deja esperando por 20 minutos, nadie me atiende, llega gente y empieza a atender a todos menos a mi, le pregunto cuanto tiempo mas debo esperar y me responde que su compañera esta en almuerzo ( 3 :20 pm). La verdad me pareció muy descortés todo lo sucedido. Este lugar siempre he sido muy bien atendida pero hoy no fue buena mi experiencia

I was able to get a cashiers check from the bank to pay someone I owed money to. I highly recommend this bank especially to all the local people in New Castle.

While the hacker was on my phone waiting for me to come out of the bank with $10,000 cash. I went in to Personal banker Rafael Medina and explained the situation. Rafael explained the scam and was able to immediately stop the hackers access. Explained the process to re register for on-line banking. Then moved monies back to appropriate accounts. To be on the safe side he shredded my old debit card and provided a new one. Rafael accomplished all of this in less than 10 minutes!! Came in livid and left elated! Thanks again Rafael.
