- MAMonument View ApartmentsNov 6, 20251.0(Jackson Creek) Absolutely the worst experience with Miguel. Never seen him, hope I never do again. I make 3 deposits each month for my employer.. Same for over 2 plus years. Out of nowhere, I have to show him my ID. I asked him why?.. He was shady, put his head down and gave a shady explanation in a real low tone.. I asked a 2nd time and the same but "ALL ID IS CHECKED WHEN SOMEONE DEPOSITS FOR ANOTHER PERSON" in a low shady tone once more. This could be a policy no one has followed but why is the tall guy with dark hair eye balling me from across the lobby and kept looking at me but would duck down when I would catch him staring at me... In fact, that guy always stares at me, never greets me and looks at me like he is a spy for the police gathering intel or someone who is going to rob the place each time I go in. ...Probably has a panic button on his belt! Miguel held onto my ID and away from me. He kept looking down away from my deposit as though he was taking down my information. It took Miguel over 10 minutes to calculate a 5K deposit.. One last mention, Miguel actually had the nerve to lie to me by saying my Name was listed on the receipt as the depositor. That wasn't true! This location is a joke. No wonder they have bad reviews and have been sued for fraud.

On the teller side, I had the pleasure of being Destiny's very first client and she absolutely went above and beyond for my complicated transaction. I felt at ease and comfortable because Berenice was there every step of the way, making sure I was having a fantastic day and even sharing a laugh. What an amazing team and an even more amazing experience!
