Despite divulging all the details of my personal life, marriage/divorce, AND going all the way back home and coming back with my marriage and divorce papers, they still couldn't grasp that despite getting a divorce, i was going to KEEP my married name. it was completely ridiculous and unnecessary...not to mention i was given the advice to go to a credit union instead...yeah no. The only reason i'm giving two starts instead of one is because Jamie was very nice to me. But overall that was an extremely frustrating experience and what a waste of 2.5 hours. I don't think that what i was asking for was actual rocket science, but i could be wrong.
