- CTChristine TaborDec 21, 20251.0It is sad when you have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and they treat you like a number and not a customer. Got scammed so I called the fraud department to get my accounts closed and moved over, just to get screwed by Wells Fargo over and over! First, the freud department shut down my online access when I called them, cutting me off from my money. Called to get it back, told me I needed to go into the bank to show my ID. I did on a Saturday and the North branch in Loveland ignored me and helped another couple that came in after me. So I went to the East branch and I was denied, saying freud department was closed. Got home and called them and they were very much open. But by that time, the bank was closed. Paid my other credit card but forgot to change the account number so it did not get paid in time even though Weeks Fargo told me I had 90 days to change online account numbers. So disappointed!!! Do not bank with them because you are not a person or customer but a number!

- KKKRodAug 15, 20251.0Its pretty sad when you have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and they can't answer their phone. They want to rely on automation or online banking. What happen to customer service? I guess this is what they call good service. I may have to go to a credit union.
- RCRJ ClaySep 10, 20131.0One of the worst Customer Experiences I have ever had at a bank. They charge you a FEE to cash a check drawn on their bank. The only bank I know of where if you write a check to someone and they go to the bank and try to cash it - Wells Fargo charges a FEE to them. When asked why, I had a rude response from the teller - she had no idea why nor cared to try and explain why they charge a FEE. Pay it or go elsewhere is what I was told! I will NEVER bank at Wells Fargo and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
