This bank is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, nobody can ever give you an answer. All they can do is escalate you to somebody who says the exact same thing they did until you get tired and give up. I made a deposit with a cashiers check and then the next day after they gave my funds available they took them away to tell me that I had to wait 11 days To have my funds verified. This was after the branch manager verified that the check was a clear and legitimate cashiers check. The problem is nobody can do anything at this bank, All they do is escalate you to somebody who tells you how they can’t do anything so they basically just kept my money for 11 days because they could. When’s my funds are available? This is ridiculous and they have lost a client over this. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to ever use Wells Fargo!

They were able to switch my account pretty quickly just so I could request checks without the money being immediately deducted out of my account. They were considerate and helpful.

They were kindness personified from the moment I walked in. A doctor’s office nearby fit me in for a procedure but told me I would have to pay nearly a 3% surcharge if I used my credit card—so I needed a check and didn’t have time to drive home. The manager waived the one-time fee to print temporary checks, and the teller was upbeat and friendly. This small but necessary stop made me feel valued, as well as hopeful. Kindness reigned today.

Brenden/Brandon should quickly be replaced. His service reflected all of the negative ones located here already. However, if he was willing to serve the populous that comes in and out if of this branch and learn from his manager Jamie Tarango and colleague Bianca, he would walk away with exceptional business etiquette, social skills, integrity, and certainly find himself in a much happier state of mind both at work and in life. He’s very lucky to work with such professionals but my guess is this guy still believes in the glass ceiling and lives his life through entitlement. I hope he was just having an off day and that he doesn’t treat all his bank members this way.

Closing mg account with Wells Fargo. Switching to first National Bank. Not happy with Wells Fargo. Too many overdraft fees. Always resorting things around on my and my fiance account. Always Gotta keep money in the account to avoid the charge/fee. Gotta have certian swipes a month.
