Even the older gentleman who sold me my car (who is also a long member of ENT) was dissatisfied in the car selling process. Also, from experience going through customer service on the phone dozens of timess now with them, if you want any kind of tech support/help over the phone you can expect to be passed off to at least 2-3 different automated message systems before you can talk to someone in person over the phone. And just when you get to tell someone your issue, they act like they don’t understand where your complaint is coming from (like zero empathy or trouble shooting just “not problem on our end” kind of answers). Usually I can understand the pressures/stress of being a customer service representative, but it feels like everyone’s prompted to gaslight you into thinking the problem is in your head than doing any kind of troubleshooting.
