- MSMike SOct 7, 20251.0This review doesn't reflect the bank itself, but the ethics and character of its staff. While out at a restaurant in Louisville on Friday, October 3rd 2025, I witnessed one of their employees yelling at the staff that she didn't want to pay her bill. There was a large group from the Wells Fargo branch, and the woman who put her card down to open the tab was irate about the amount owed, and instead of paying it and collecting from the group, caused a huge scene that she simply wasn't going to pay what was owed. The entitlement of this woman and lack of accountability from the others in the group, who should of stepped up to pay their debt is disgusting. The place was packed with a line out the door, so instead of continuing the argument which went on way longer than it should have, some kind of arrangement was made to get her out of the restaurant as to not continue to ruin everyone else's evening, which I'm hoping will be resolved. For bank employees to treat a local business like this really puts in question just how ethical & honest they are.

One time I left my wallet there, and they not only protected my belongings but also called me at home, something you just don’t see much anymore. Even on days when I’ve been grouchy, they greet me with a smile and deliver excellent service. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 35 years, and this branch reminds me why. Thank you all, you truly rock!

I'm tempted to close all my accounts and take my money elsewhere. Im VERY displeased with this branch. I waited for an hour to speak with a banker and watched most of them walking around and not helping anyone. Another elderly couple came in behind me and sat for 20 minutes before they were approached. Only after we started complaining!! Then I was told that all the bankers were busy for the rest of the day and asked to leave!! I'm absolutely fuming from the experience, DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!!!
