In the end, we selected Vectra Bank for a few reasons including: flexibility in working with our unique loan needs, EXCELLENT RATES, generally at or below other bank fees and mainly their attitude. Interesting that they were selected in the end because one important factor they lacked were locations where we need a branch in Greeley, Loveland and Ft. Collins. In the final analysis, they won because their package outweighed their lack of locations. I would classify Vectra as a community bank. A place where they know you and are willing to help you. They possess the ability to ramp to larger deals as your needs grow. After 3 months of the relationship—I give them a 5 star— EXCELLENT BANK! They have performed above expectations. - BBBeccaAug 16, 20181.0The ATM got jammed and ate my debit card yesterday a few minutes after they had closed. I called first thing this morning to get it back. NO DIRECT NUMBER... Call center would not put me in contact directly with them and stated to me that my card had been shredded because I was NOT a member with that bank and I would have to notify my credit card company to have a new card reissued... WHAT IN THE HELL AM I GOING TO USE FOR MY VACATION TOMORROW??? NO FUTURE CUSTOMER HERE!!!
