Also, there are Bellco stores, but NO TELEPHONE numbers for the store, only the 800 number....lame! This should NOT be so difficult. You debit my account every month for my payment, why can' t I just pay off my truck the same way? So complicated it's ridiculous.

Im not sure how she is working the front desk, not only with her misinformation but her awful attitude. If it wasn't for Cristyl being absolutely amazing, I would have walked out and gone to a different bank.
