- AYAmy Hee Yoo2 days ago1.0Karen at this branch is always causing issues. Of course, I understand that no one can remember every customer, but if you’ve seen someone more than ten times, I would expect you to remember them. However, she repeatedly asks the same questions, says the same things, and creates the same problems every time. Today, it was my turn and I went to Karen, but another banker called her, and she walked away without giving me any explanation. Then I thought she was coming back to help me, but instead she listened to another customer’s conversation, ignored the fact that I was waiting, and went to the back again. Fortunately, another banker nearby became available and helped me. While I was being helped, Karen returned to her desk but did not offer any apology. It makes me wonder if someone like her should really be working in a position that deals with customers’ finances. This branch is close to my home, so I come often, but I would prefer not to be assisted by Karen. Unfortunately, I run into her almost every time, and I leave the bank feeling upset.
