ENT Credit Union take more money from me so don't have any money in my account. I believe someone took money and got my credit card was lost told me get involved and never was invoved and my credit on card was never involved took $30 from my account. I am so upset that my dad got murdered and ENT take advantage of me and take all my money and have get lawyer involved this sad because love this bank and thought nonprofit.

As a member, I am told by a man wearing so much make-up on his face to look like a woman in such a condescending rude manner towards me - that per ENT policy, that the people physically working at ENT in person can NOT do any cash transactions including cash deposits into accounts. It's not a part of their job and told me I had to complete my transaction at a ATM using a "video teller" since I had CASH! Seriously - how much more inconvenient can you make providing member services when you have lazy workers sitting around doing absolutely NOTHING and not one other member in the location!? He/She whatever he wants to be called was too lazy to help a member because of his entitlement!! Will NEVER return to this location and possibly take my membership elsewhere because of this!
- JJJohnNov 8, 20231.01) I linked to their mortgage application through a home builder's website and kept getting a "No Results" message after submitting the application. No results? It doesn't even make sense. 2) They have been flooding Instagram with ads offering $200 if you open a checking/savings account with them, so, even though I had the bad experience with their mortgage application, I figured I would give it a try. After submitting the checking account application twice, I kept getting the message "We cannot process your application online, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives or visit one of our locations." (paraphrased). So, I called one of their representatives, and, after being put on hold, was told they did not have access to that kind of information and would I please visit one of their physical locations. I'll pass.
